Dear Ian,

Thank you very much for coming along to take the photographs at the Crimestopper "Most Wanted" Gala dinner. In spite of your horrible journey into London you and Colin did a fantastic job in getting everything running quickly and smoothly.

Just a line to advise you that Milton Keynes Wanderers FC are again holding a junior 6-a-side football tournament at Kents Hill, Milton Keynes this summer and on behalf of the club I would like to invite you along once again as our "professional photographer".

We were delighted with the turnout last year of over 100 teams and I hope you found the weekend both interesting - and financially rewarding - enough to possibly commit to attending this year's event.

As with last year we can provide you with the facilities and power etc. that you need to set up your equipment, and a covered area to work in, which with our weather is always a good precaution. Again, all we would ask is for a donation from your takings towards the club funds.

Your expertise with the camera and terrific action shots of the players proved a big hit last year - and the fact that they are then posted on your web site is an added benefit for those parents and supporters who perhaps missed the opportunity to purchase photos on the day.

I do hope you will be able to fit us into your diary.

What a difference you guys made to our Team Building day!

Never before have I seen such excitement amongst the sales force, all comparing how fast they were going round each corner!

When I first heard of your 7.00 price per print and 50 print minimum, I was a little worried, but I have to tell you it was worth every last penny! The guy's are still comparing their photo's trying to prove who was fastest!

Our next event is a Paintball Game in Leighton Buzzard mid June for 150 of our clients, I'll confirm the date in a few weeks as I really hope you can attend and photograph everybody shooting or getting shot.

You suggested we could have our company logo printed on each photograph, can you advise what is required to do this, I think it would be great if every time our customers look at the photograph they remember our company.
